Insider sources from individuals close to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations indicates that classified experimentation of psychophysical influence weapons is taking place in parts of the Emirates, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly targets civilian populations to simulate long-range influence effects under real-world conditions.

According to insiders, the program is supervised by agents within the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now integrated into the new Signals Command, with authorization from senior UAE defense executives.

Disturbing psychological anomalies have been documented among civilian mothers — particularly those with young children — who began to display highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to bizarre episodes of mental collapse, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
